CASPER, Wyo. — A Bar Nunn man reportedly fled law enforcement at speeds over 100 mph on bare rims after the spike-stripped tires disintegrated and flew back at a pursing patrol unit during a prolonged chase around and through Casper over the weekend, according to an Evansville Police Department corporal’s affidavit of probable cause.
