A Pennsylvania man serving a 13-month sentence at the United States Penitentiary in Florence died there on Sunday. Timothy Sowinski, 57, was found unresponsive at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday morning and he died after lifesaving measures failed to revive him, according to a news release from the U.S. Bureau of Prisons.
