JACKSONVILLE, MD—A Baltimore County man celebrated a huge milestone this week. Chester Meros turned 110 years old on Monday, becoming the oldest living person in Maryland and the fourth-oldest person in the country. Chester is a regular at the Jacksonville Senior Center.
