Autonomy reform: text of the draft constitutional law transmitted

Head of State Arno Kompatscher sent these documents immediately after receiving the President of the Landtag, so that the texts can be forwarded to the deputies. The Landtage and the Regional Council have to give their opinions in accordance with Art. 103 of the autonomy status.
