BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) -- Authorities are investigating a possible drowning on a Berkeley County lake Sunday afternoon. Officers with the SC Department of Natural Resources are responding to the incident on Lake Moultrie. The agency said an individual jumped from a boat to swim and did not resurface. Eventually the individual was pulled from the water unresponsive. This story is developing.
