Authorities ID woman found dead on Compton sidewalk

COMPTON – The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office has identified a woman found dead on a Compton sidewalk Aug. 24. Compton Fire Department paramedics responded to the 4200 block of E Compton Blvd. to reports of an unconscious woman that was pronounced deceased at the scene at 5:36 p.m. The woman has been identified as 45-year-old Monique Richardson.
