PEPIN, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) - One person is dead after an ATV crash in Pepin County Saturday afternoon. According to the sheriff’s office, it happened outside of a garage on Bignell Lane. 73-year-old Richard Bignell was operating his ATV in front of his garage when he was ejected from it.
