Attijari bank increases its share capital to 250 Mtnd

Attijari bank Tunisia announces the increase in its share capital, decided at its Extraordinary General Assembly on 4 April 2025. The capital thus increases from 210 to 250 Mtnd, thanks to the incorporation of 40 Mtnd from ordinary reserves.
