At least four dead as two migrant boats capsize off Libyas coast, Red Crescent says

- On Thursday, two boats capsized off the Libyan coastal city of Al Khums, carrying 95 irregular migrants and killing at least four, the Libyan Red Crescent said on Saturday.
- Libya has been a transit route to Europe since Muammar Gaddafi's 2011 fall, and Britain, Spain, Norway and Sierra Leone urged closing detention centres last week at a U.N. meeting in Geneva.
