Illinois state police investigate a fatal accident that occurred on Saturday morning on the I-55 highway, heading south north of Cass Avenue, near the Darien suburb of Cook County. According to authorities, a car tipped off at approximately 5:09 a.m. Due to the accident, Cass Avenue areas were closed as far as the Stevenson Highway Lemont Road, but were reopened at approximately 10:30 a.m. So far there are no details of the cause of the accident.
