On Tuesday, shortly before midnight, a 24-year-old Upper Austrian was heavily alcoholic with his car on the A10 near Puch-Urstein. According to the police, he could not stop the track and used both lanes. The man's alcotest resulted in 2,22 promilles. However, the officers could not take his driver's license.
