Assault of a couple of dancers in Nancy: the extreme right-wing violence on the rise?

On the night of Wednesday 7 to Thursday 8 May 2025, a couple of dancers were attacked in Nancy by a group of extreme right-wing men. An investigation is under way. The CGT strongly condemns this act and warns about the resurgence of this type of aggression.

On the night of May 7-8, a couple of dancers were followed by about fifteen people who were hiding to their homes. The two artists were returning home around midnight and a half, after having had a drink at their exit from Nancy's opera.
