A 70-year-old man has been arrested in Assam’s Dibrugarh district for allegedly raping a seven-year-old girl in the Namrup area. Police said the accused, Khalidur Rahman alias Mussa, allegedly assaulted the child after she visited his shop to buy biscuits. A POCSO case has been registered, while the minor was sent to a Child Care Home after undergoing medical examination.
