FARGO, N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — Another defendant in a brutal downtown Fargo beating last year has been sentenced for his role in the assault. Terrell Smith will spend 30 days in jail and be on probation for two years after entering an Alford plea to accomplice to aggravated assault last month.
