New Taipei, May 14 (CNA) At least eight entertainers were questioned Wednesday on suspicion of evading compulsory military service, with two later released on bail, according to police and prosecutors in New Taipei.

Artist Wang Dalu was investigated this year for allegedly falsifying medical records to evade military service. After the prosecutors and police expanded their investigation, they split up into several groups this morning (14) and brought back artist Chen Datian, "Super 7" member Li Quan, Da Gen and many others. The list also surprisingly included the 38-year-old artist Chen Lingjiu.
