PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- A small painting was stolen from the Peoria Art Guild, and police are asking for information on its whereabouts. The artwork stolen, which is pictured below, is a small painting of a cow with the name "Annie" painted above it, according to a post on the art guild's Facebook page.
