Luis Rodolfo Larrazolo, who is an employee of IDEA Frontier schools, located at 2800 south of Dakota Avenue, was arrested by Brownsville Police for an alleged indecent exposure. Larrazolo’s arrest took place last Friday at 7:12 p.m. off-campus.
