According to the indictment in which he confessed, Oren Ben Moshe, former commander of the fraud unit in the Central District of the police, installed surveillance devices in the women's restrooms in his unit and used to download the recordings to his personal computer. The police announced that it will appeal a sentence of actual imprisonment.

Seven women were victimized by a male church employee. An employee of a church in Northern Ostrobothnia has been sentenced to a suspended prison sentence for heinous crimes: the man eavesdropped on female employees using the church's toilet in the summer of 2023. The 41-year-old man, who also worked for the church, hid his mobile phone in a trash can so that the phone's camera recorded the women sitting on the toilet on video.
