The Arrests and Searches Division of the Ponce police precinct arrested a man and a woman who are listed as persons of interest in the murder of businessman Ángel L. Valentín Vélez, 68, who was shot to death at approximately 9:37 p.m. on Saturday during a robbery, when he closed his business, Villa Bakery, in the Yahuecas neighborhood of Adjuntas.
