Police arrest an Arkansas man in the killings of a married couple hiking at Devil’s Den State Park

DEVIL'S DEN STATE PARK, ARKANSAS, AUG 1 – Andrew James McGann, a 28-year-old former teacher, was charged with capital murder after fatally stabbing a couple hiking with their daughters at Devil's Den State Park.
