MCKEE, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) – Kentucky State Police says an arrest has been made in connection with a deadly shooting investigation in Jackson County. According to a KSP release, troopers took James S. Bergman, 24, of Irvine, into custody Wednesday just before 8 p.m. He is charged with murder, tampering with physical evidence, and abuse of a corpse.
