In the case of misbehavior with an army jawan at Bhuni toll plaza of Meerut-Karnal highway, NHAI cancelled the contract of the toll agency and excluded it from bidding for one year. Along with this, an order has been imposed on the agency for a fine of 20 lakhs, security seizure of 5 lakhs and recovery of 3.66 crores.
