Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders has appointed Jimmy Harris as Arkansas Insurance Commissioner, the Arkansas Department of Commerce announced Wednesday. Harris had held the role on interim basis since August, when Alan McClain retired after more than five years as commissioner. Harris joined the Arkansas Insurance Department in 2012.
