Hackers at least twice Friday hijacked the Arkansas Board of Corrections meeting Zoom livestream, displaying loud music filled with racial epithets and the image of a Black man masturbating for a few seconds.

Officials with the Arkansas Board of Corrections confirmed that an outside entity hacked into a Zoom stream of their meeting this morning.
