Apprenticeship education has its flaws, but innovation of the professional system is not the solution. The problems lie elsewhere.

He has dedicated his entire professional life to education in various positions. But the last 17 years have belonged to apprenticeship education. He knows its advantages and also knows where there is room for improvement. However, Miloslav Janeček does not agree with the newly proposed changes: "The system is currently well set up and the biggest mistake would be to make radical and ill-considered changes to it."
