Apple to ‘Lean’ on Google for Siri Revamp, Gemini Set to Be the Brain Behind AI Assistant: Report
- Cupertino, November 3: Apple has been developing a new version of Siri with major AI integration, expected in March 2026, that will `lean` on Google's Gemini AI model running in the background, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reported.
 - Sluggish rollout delayed the Siri revamp to 2026, widening the gap with the `Magnificent Seven` after Apple unveiled Apple Intelligence and ChatGPT integration at WWDC 2024.
