- Powering the speaker is an S10 chip, while the TV model features an A19 chip which Apple claims offers up to 50% faster CPU performance; new capabilities include Sound Glow visual feedback and a Find My-enabled remote.
- Pre-Orders for both products are open, with the speaker priced at $149 and the TV model at $299; in India, the devices retail for 18,900 rupees and 39,900 rupees respectively, with availability scheduled for November 13.
- While the TV model supports Siri AI immediately, HomePod mini 2 users must wait for a future software update; Apple noted that English-language AI features are initially limited to select markets including the US, Canada, and India.
