Apartment fire in La Grange draws large response Friday

A fire broke out late Friday morning in a first floor apartment in a building at 900 block of South 8th Avenue in La Grange. La Grange Firefighters responded to the call at 11:30 a.m. and quickly extinguishing the blaze with no injuries to residents or firefighters reported.
