The woman who passed away following a lorry crash in County Monaghan has been named as former All-Ireland winner Aoife Lennon. The crash happened on the N2 in Castleshane around 2:45pm on Wednesday September 10. Emergency services were called but Ms Lennon was pronounced dead at the scene.
