Speaking at a press conference at the end of the European Council, Costa has stressed that "there is no European flag, there is a willingness to continue to help Ukraine", pointing forward that the issue on the agenda at the December summit and that the European Union (EU) will ensure resources for Kyiv if necessary and will be back in debate in the European Council of December.
