This study investigated multidrug-resistant (MDR) microorganisms at the 424 General Military Training Hospital in Thessaloniki, Greece, from 2021–2023. Of 7,856 isolates, 131 were MDR, mainly Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
