Another mystery: how did bicycles and barriers end up here?

Two bicycles and a barrier hang at the top of a signpost at the intersection of Spoorlaan and Stationsstraat in Drunen. Anyone passing the roundabout will look a bit surprised. It is not the first time that a stray bicycle in the post has caused surprised looks. Last year, a bicycle was hung in exactly the same post.
