The same evening, an alarm was also raised at Munich Airport - It is not clear where the drones came from or who was operating them, however information indicates that they were headed towards Germany.

On Thursday evening, several flights were canceled or diverted at Munich Airport after drones were spotted near the airport, a police spokesman said. Several passengers had to sleep at the airport. Air traffic has since resumed.
In Munich, seventeen flights scheduled for Thursday evening were cancelled and fifteen were diverted to other airports. In eastern Belgium, fifteen drones were seen in the heights of Elsenborn, where a Belgian army base is located.
