CONDADO LIBERTY – The growing concern for street dogs and reported attacks in county communities may be on the verge of changing the course of a long problem. Monday, May 19, during a special meeting of the Liberty County Court of Commissioners, the possible construction of an animal shelter was discussed, with plans to start the new fiscal year that begins on October 1, 2025.
