The FGR reported that a trial began against the former governor of Guerrero, Angel ‘N’, for his possible participation in the forced disappearance of the 43 students of Ayotzinapa.
The investigation seeks to clarify the level of participation Aguirre would have had in the actions undertaken after the disappearance.
The judge considers that there is sufficient evidence to prove that the politician concealed evidence, although his defense claims that he was gathered when he was handed over the videos that he allegedly ordered to destroy.
The FGR advanced in the Ayotzinapa case; judge dictates connection to proceedings against Ángel 'N', former governor of Guerrero, and will serve prison in the Altiplano prison.
