Popescu Luminance condemns the tragic Saturday evening event, in which a young man was shot fatally by his former partner in a North of the capital, saying that "he throws us back into the harsh reality: domestic violence kills".
The State Secretary of State Popescu says, on the Saturday evening incident, when a pregnant youth was killed by the former partner, that it is a tragedy, the result of a company that still minimizes abuse, is intolerance, it is independent and blames the victims. "A company that tolerates aggression, control and pity becomes complex in such disasters as this," says Popescu.
