A protected Eurasian eagle owl, shot by unknown individuals in Samandağ district of Hatay, has been taken into treatment. The injured bird, which was handed over to birdwatcher Erol Yüksek, was given to the Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks (DKMP) teams and will be released back into its natural habitat.
