Alleged Israeli airstrikes in central Syria reportedly hit a facility that the West claims is used to produce chemical weapons, according to local residents. At least 18 people were killed and 37 were injured in the attacks. Several explosions also went off in the cities of Tartus and Hama and in the countryside of Masyaf.
