Struggling Nissan to End Production at Plant in Mexico in FY 2025
MORELOS, MEXICO, JUL 30 – Nissan will cut global production capacity by 1 million units and close seven sites to address $4.5 billion fiscal 2024 losses amid sluggish sales.
- Amid its restructuring, Nissan said Wednesday that it will end production at the CIVAC Plant in Morelos, Mexico, by March 2026, shifting output to Aguascalientes.
