US offers $5 million reward for information on Dutch-Somali woman

The US government program Rewards for Justice is offering up to 5 million dollars in tips for information about the Dutch-Somali Khadra Essa. The woman is said to have left the Netherlands in 2014 and joined the terrorist group IS in Syria. Essa is said to be a Dutch citizen, born in Somalia. The woman also uses the name Umm Qaqa al-Somali and is said to be a Sharia instructor for a military women's branch of IS called Nusaybah Katibah (ISIS-NK)…

The US Department of State has offered 5 million dollars (4.4 million euros) for information about the Dutch-Somali woman Khadra Essa. She would be a member of the Islamic State (IS) terrorist movement and teach about extreme ideologies.
