So, I just read that Gustavo Petro, leader of the country of Colombia, went “from being called a ‘sick man’ to ‘terrific’” after his recent White House meeting with President Donald Trump (Plain Dealer, Feb. 4). Petro is apparently now willing to “work with [the Trump] administration to stem the flow of illegal drugs into this country.” Trump personalized Petro’s copy of “The Art of the Deal,” writing, “You are great!”
