TORREÓN, COAH.— Authorities of Coahuila arrested a man allegedly involved in the fire of a vehicle that occurred in the Valle Revolución colony. Gov. Manolo Jiménez Salinas reported that the capture was achieved in less than 24 hours. He pointed out that the incident was motivated by personal and professional quarrels, and ruled out that it was related to the current electoral process.
