ALEXANDRIA — The Alexandria man charged with felony child torture will be pleading guilty to the crime, court documents read. According to a letter to Judge Timothy Churchwell that was filed on Aug. 8, Parker William Johnson, 27, will plead guilty to the charge of felony child torture, and the other three charges against him will be dropped.
