A man who was shot by police on Saturday in Bergen County after he carjacked and fired a shot at a ride-share driver is facing multiple charges, including attempted murder, authorities announced Monday.In addition to attempted murder, the man, identified Monday as Emmanuel Etienne, 42, of Bayonne, was charged with first-degree armed carjacking and two weapons-related offenses, according to a statement from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
