Aldermore Backs SB Homes’ Growth Ambitions With Development Funding

SB Homes, a house building company based in the Colne Valley, Huddersfield, has secured development funding for the first time in its almost 30-year history — unlocking a new phase of growth for the family-run business. A facility for up to £13.5 million of funding has been provided by Aldermore for SB Homes’ Lingards Fold site — a 42-home development in Slaithwaite.
