How might Estonia source intelligence for long-range missile strikes?

Ukraine's long-range strikes on Russian infrastructure have become routine. Part of the reason is that stationary targets are known from before. However, targets such as temporary assembly points and command posts have also been hit. Analysts are debating which sources to get intelligence from, given that Estonia is also acquiring weapons systems that can hit over the horizon.
