Staffing Issues Causing Delays at Las Vegas Airport

UNITED STATES, JUL 17 – More than 41% of U.S. air traffic controllers work 10-hour days six days a week amid pay stagnation and staffing shortages that equipment upgrades alone cannot resolve.

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Staffing issues have caused delays Thursday night at the Harry Reid International Airport, according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). According to a release, there is a Traffic Management Program in effect for traffic arriving at the airport because of staffing issues.
