Six long-haul flights from Air India landed at Vienna Airport this morning on an unscheduled basis. The reason for this is political differences between India and Pakistan, which have led to a ban on Pakistan's airspace for Indian aircraft. The ban will last until at least 23 May 2025, unless agreement is reached between the countries that have been hostile for decades.
