Air Fair spotlights Langley aviation

The free family event features grounded aircraft, drone races, a car display and free admission to the Canadian Museum of Flight, organizers said.

Langley has had an airport since 1945 and people can learn all about YNJ as it is known in flight circles at the second annual Air Fair on Saturday, Aug. 29. The airport is a busy one, with up to 100,000 rotary and fixed wing flights in and out annually. It started during the Second World War and was purchased by the Township in 1967.
