RN, LFI and environmentalists have rewritten a much stricter article of the Agricultural Emergency Law, but this new wording is contrary to European law.
Despite Annie Genevard's warnings about a scheme that was found to be incompatible with European law, MEPs adopted in the night a muscular rewrite of the agricultural bill, with the joint support of the RN, the Insoumi and the ecologists.
The combined voices of MPs RN, LFI and ecologists have banned in a much stricter way any import of produce with a pesticide prohibited in France. The government has alerted against a wording contrary to European law.
